Jason Hawes

Jason Conrad Hawes was born on December 27, 1971 in Canandaigua, New York and moved to Warwick, Rhode Island in 1979. Jason is the founder of The Atlantic Paranormal Society, AKA ‘TAPS’, which is based in Warwick, RI.

He is the main star and co-creator of Syfy / NBC longest running unscripted reality television show ‘Ghost Hunters’ which is in its eighth season and airs in nearly 170 countries around the world.

He was also a major factor behind the creation of Ghost Hunters International and Ghost Hunters Academy, both of which are also television programs that run on the SyFy network. An avid fisherman, martial artists, hiker and survivalist, Jason keeps himself busy. He is a father of 5 children and he is 1 of 6 children himself. He has 3 older sisters, 1 younger sister and 1 younger brother.
